The fridge was not cooling. Ilya came over for an initial assessment of the problem. He was knowledgeable and honest in his findings and advice which was much appreciated. Thank you Ilya for your excellent service!

Mr. Vitaly had come to diagnose the problem with my fridge, especially since it makes noises when you take water. He gave advice that I think is fair and clear. He said what I should do if the problem arises again later.

Vitally was quick to identify the issue with the dryer. Unfortunately there are no spare parts available due to the age of the dryer.

Within 15 minutes of trouble shooting he gave me a quote and explained to me why parts are so difficult to source at this time. He offered me several solutions and even educated me on certain brands. Vitalyi showed up on time and quickly diagnosed what could be wrong with our ice maker. If he had left without fixing anything, we would have had to pay the call fee regardless. So we asked him to look at the cooktop which had a burner that was not functioning. He confirmed that the burner was dead and had to be replaced. And so he applied the service call fee against this repair instead. He said part would come in a couple of days, which it did, and he showed up again as promised and fixed it.
