Very efficient. Quick diagnosis of the cause of the leaking. It was my choice whether to repair an older dishwasher. I did not want to just throw out a good dishwasher.

Roman came over next day and was able to repair our dryer right away. Communication was excellent and the cost of the root cause determination was waved when I decided to go ahead with the repair.

I was looking for someone to repair our dryer that all of a sudden wasn't working. I found this company here on HomeStars and decided to contact it given all the 10/10 reviews. Well I'm glad I did. Roman answered my call right away and set up the appointment. He not only came over exactly the same day and time he said he would, but he also came back on the day he said he expected the part he ordered to arrive in order to fix the problem. It was simply a knob to be replaced, but at least we were able to find someone who was able to replace it promptly and at a fair price considering others charge more just for a simple service call. It beats having to buy a new dryer for a simple knob that was no longer good. I will definitely give Roman a call if we should need another repair in the future.

Roman was flexible with our schedule and promptly install the Range Hood that we picked out.

We had him over the first time and the the initial choice of Range Hood did not fit. He was able to advise us at no charge and we got the appliance swapped out for another model that fit the cabinet.

He also took a look at an old washer appliance issue and saved us from buying a replacement part costing $200 on the spot

Roman responded to our initial query promptly, scheduled a visit for the next working day, and arrived when he said he would.
He checked a number of possible causes of the leaky washing machine, found the problem as a hose with a hole that had been worn in it, probably by vibration.
The replacement part would have cost $135, and was backlogged for three weeks, so he fixed the problem with glue, re-arranged the hose so it wouldn't rub where it had, and closed it up – all fixed!
Fast, clean, friendly. He did the job for us, and said he guaranteed the fix for 90 days.

Roman responded to my service request within a half hour of when I made it. He was available on the day and time best suited to my needs. He gave me clear information regarding firm costs and possible costs. He alerted me when he was a half hour away, and arrived when he said he would. He solved the problem with our washing machine, did not suggest we spend money that we didn't immediately need to, but provided us with the information we needed regarding repairs / maintenance that would likely be needed at a future date. He was friendly and professional, neat and tidy. I'll be sure to call him again when I need an appliance repair, and will recommend him to my friends and neighbours.
