Polaron

We started November 2022, and the end September 2023 it was complete. It was a great experience working with Polaron and our power bill has come down considerably and we havent even had the full power of the sun yet. Thank you Polaron Solar Energy.

Started the process with Polaron and they held my hand all the way through as I was a real dummy concerning solar. I always got a reply from their (very patient) staff from my inquiring emails. It took a while because of issues with my electricity system (only a 60 entrance!), but Polaron and I plowed on and eventually the deed was done. Solar panels are installed and sucking up the sun's energy!

Had an excellent experience with Polaron. Communication was timely, Tony was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Importantly for us, the aftercare has been first rate.

Great company to work with. Very thorough when explaining the entire process and the cost. Everything went flawless from start to finish. Installation was all completed in 1 day and I couldn't be happier.
These past few days when it's been much more sunnier production has been amazing!

The representative who oversaw our case was responsive throughout but other areas (general operations, aftercare) were very slow to respond to questions. It took a very long time from initial signed contract (June) to project completion (Feb).

Great customer service and communication since started the application.
They are very informative and leaving no stone unturned.
Couldnt be better.
