Polaron

From start to finish our experience was too notch. So much work was done on the backend by Polaron which was so good of them. Our whole experience was positive and when the panels began to light up day one we had a feeling of energy independence. Can't explain what it is but we had it. Now we have a stable source of energy that our home , which we love is providing.

The sales people were great. Fast response and answered all my questions. Getting the installation took a LOT longer then expected (almost a full year). The installation crew was very good and polite. Communication with the company was very poor. Getting an knstall date was near impossible until the crew was actually on site. Faulty inverters were replaced within the first year but took a long time to even get a response from the company and even longer to get the parts. Everything is working as intended now and it is worth the few hiccups.

So far so good. The customer service reps have been very good at communicating. No panels yet but I am excited for the install.

I have nothing but good things to say about the company. It did take a little time to get them installed (we signed the contract in the fall of 2019, a few months before the pandemic) but we were told very clearly it would take time so there were no surprises. They answered all of my many questions, handled all of the rebate applications and did not start charging us for the panels until every panel was 100% functional (one panel out of 23 installed was only working at around 80%, so they delayed the deduction of our first payment until that was resolved.) Very prompt and every person we came in contact with from Sales to Installation was extremely professional and competent. Panels were installed almost 2 years ago now and our monthly payment is well under what our power bill would have been. Highly recommend this company.
