Your French Touch is just a stunning company, and Stéphanie, the owner, and her team wonderful professionals who know the business of construction and home renovation. First thing we appreciated when we first met with her was her capacity to carefully listen to us and strive to understand our objectives and project. Her honesty, recommendations, and advice were just beyond expectation. From demo to the final touch up the whole team was cordial, patient, polite, funny, dependable, and highly profesionnal. Our new ensuite bathroom is amazing, and the plumbing work in the other ones very well done. We highly recommend. We will hire them again for another project.

Stephanie and her team were professional, on time and very respectful. Because of our odd work schedule, we had trying parameters for our work hours, but Stephanie found a way to make it work and designed a calendar for us. We loved working with Stephanie and her team on this project. The communication was excellent and all of her staff, from the demo guys to the tile guys, were very friendly, polite, and professional. She really helped us along the way with making decisions and we felt she was very knowledgeable. The finish project is just what we wanted. Hired this company to remove carpet and install heated floors and installing ceiling pot lights in the basement. They provided and quote which included moving furniture to another room for the installation with a clear schedule. Stephanie and her team were amazing, professional and respectful. The quote was respected with no "surprise" additional costs and they took 3 days less than anticipated. They were always punctual and cleaned up any mess at the end of each day. This company was extremely professional and I would definitely hire them again without a doubt.

We are thrilled with the final results of the first floor renovation of our small home.

What started out with a simple desire to have an updated/functional kitchen, turned into quite a large project.

In addition to the installation of a new kitchen, we improved lighting, removed a non-weight baring wall, installed a pony wall, a new powder room, a new fireplace, changed the flooring, removed a patio and repainted walls.

Stephanie is extremely communicative and easy to reach out to by text or phone, always available and no question is silly or unimportant. We found that she had good suggestions but she was also quite happy and open for us to make our own decisions and go with our choices. It was a team effort.

She was flexible and very generous. Loaning us her truck to return excess Ikea cabinets that would not have fit into our vehicle.

Our renovation was a bit challenging the original timeline was 30 days and it took about 50 days. Part of these delays were poor window installation by the windows/door company (Verdun) prior to Stephanies arrival (not Stephanies fault), a mouse problem in the walls as well as an unforeseen four day delay due to weather.

The only thing we did feel could have been a bit better was the cleanliness and the large layer of dust that was on the 2nd floor and basement when the project was done. We understand dust is inevitable perhaps more attention could have been put to properly seal off entrances going upstairs and downstairs. This would not be an issue, we feel, if it was a bathroom/laundry room renovation or a small flooring project etc.,

Important to mention, once you work with Stephanie, you become part of her family. She has been back to our place three times to fix small items that needed attention (flooring and fireplace) and when needed, she has followed up with subcontractor (plumber) to fix a leak within an hour of us notifying her.

I had Your French Touch remove carpet that had been laid over my homes hardwood floors, paint, put in trim, and install stairs. They clearly explained the process and timelines. Attention was paid to detail and I liked the fact that all the trades seemed happy to be working for Stephanie and her company. Our house looks beautiful. Your French touch was our chosen renovator for work around our house including
-the installation of closet systems, with new lights, and new sliding doors (3 closets)
-installing pot lights, removal of popcorn ceiling, replastering, and painting a large sloped ceiling.
-The installation of ceiling fans.

-The installation of an ensuite shower, including tiling and plumbing
-Installation of an electric panel for an external generator

She quoted a 3 week project and it took 3 weeks. Her employees and sub contractors very courteous. We are now planning a future kitchen renovation.
