I needed a home inspection for my new build so I called Kevin to inquire about it. A few days before the inspection took place, Kevin explained to me on what he will be looking for during the inspection and asked me any specific items to look for.
On the day of the inspection Kevin arrived 10mins earlier than our schedule time and was already inspecting the exterior of the house. During the inspection he found a lot of builder defects I would of not known and some minor upgrades I should make to improve the house longevity. He also explained in detail on the defectective items, causes and how it should be fixed.
I would highly recommend Kevin as your goto home inspector.
