Extremely rude and unresponsive staff on the phone. I tried to contact them several time to confirm the time for the service but nobody answered the phone. Later I was notified that day of service that they will not be able to come because the cleaners were not feeling well (I can understand that part as it uncontrollable). They later send someone else to my home for cleaning without even letting me know, by that time I have already cleaned half of the items. At that point I asked them to start them to clean rest of the area with the confirmation from cleaners that the price would be adjusted accordingly. All this while I tried to get on the phone with their office but no one picked up to make the payment and agree on the charges. I was surprised to receive an invoice for the full amount a week later and after numerous attempts through phone calls and emails I was able to connect with their operations manager who started the conversation with threatening to send the invoice to collections. Ultimately we were able to close the issue to what I still think was an unfair price. Definitely would not recommend them to anyone.

Service was exceptional!
Team arrived on time ( a few minutes early actually). They were were very professional. Cleaning was immaculate. Finished in the timeframe that was said to me. I am VERY, VERY happy with this company and will make them my regular cleaners.

I was EXTREMELY pleased with B.O.S. Cleaners Inc.! Amazing customer service, left the house SPOTLESS! The owner actually reached out for quality assurance a day after which was a very nice gesture. From every aspect, amazing service! Will most definitely be a returning customer! 5 star! 10/10 service!
