Eric was very professional and responsive to my service request. He made himself available the same day I posted my request, and was clear on timelines for arrival. He drove some distance from Barrie to make sure we were helped, and brought the necessary tools and parts to get the job done. He was friendly and positive, focused on the work to be completed and explained what he was doing. I would work with Eric again.

Eric replaced a old furnace and central air with a new two stage high efficiency furnace and an AC with a good Seer value. We needed new duct work because of a basement apartment and they bundled that into the job. Professional workmanship, cost less than Reliance , and easy to get a long with. I highly recomend!

Over time the flaps on theses vents became brittle and broke off. Recent wind storms also removed some of the flaps. The dryer vent opening was large enough to allow squirrels to enter the vent. We posted the project on HomeStars and within hours Northern Home Comfort responded. After sharing some pictures and more details, Eric quoted the job and was here very quickly to complete the job. He was very knowledgeable, had the right tools, quickly removed the old vents and installed new exterior vents and covers. The jobsite was also thoroughly cleaned up. We are very pleased.

Eric and Marcus did a great job with the Humidifier install.
They were able to integrate it with my Nest Thermostat.

Came back to adjust for a small drip no questions asked.
