I have used MJ Moving and Delivery for junk removal from my home (in preparation for an upcoming move) twice in the last several weeks. They were on time the first visit and on the second called to report that they would be a few minutes late, which I appreciated. Pricing was fair and comparable to or better than industry standard. Removal was done quickly and neatly. Andre was polite and personable throughout all our interactions.

Andre is a very good talker but unfortunately, he is very poor at his job. He should not be in the business. He was hired for post-renovation cleaning. The pictures were taken after he had finished cleaning our house and are just a few examples (of many, the entire house actually), of their brutal attempt. The photos really speak for themselves in regards to the poor job that was carried out. Most surprisingly of all, he was shocked that I thought it wasn't a good job!? We agreed that our house would be move in ready upon him completing the job and he knew that we were moving in the following day. He spoke confidently about the scope of work and their ability to carry it out. He was aware that there was no junk removal needed and that the service agreed upon was a deep post renovation clean. We had to hire another company (1 person) who spent 15 hours doing the job he could not. If anything our cleaner had more work to do, as brand new glass and sinks (that were a little dusty), became streaked, greasy and filled with white sediment. Please do not waste your time with this company!!!!

The company did junk removal at my home...the service great and I would definitely recommend Andre and his crew to anyone.

I contacted MJ Moving and Delivery. My call was answered by a friendly and understanding individual. I advised that I needed to have a mover and provided my date. He advised that it was possible and provided me the with the price, availability and times. On the day they even arrived ten minutes earlier that the time given which made me very pleased. They did such a great job I called them back within a few weeks to do a garbage removal job. I was quoted $500 which was very reasonable and affordable. I would refer them anytime to family and friends.
