Sam came and did a through inspection of the appliance and he located the problem. Door switch didn’t work so Sam went to his vehicle and got and installed the part.
Sam was very polite and worked constantly.
We appreciate the fast service especially because it was a Sunday.

I knew the issue with my washing machine was one of two things and one was worth fixing and the other wasn’t. Their technician helped me rule out the problems. They were there on the night that I called and I was very impressed. The technician wore a mask in the house and was very polite.

My request was promptly addressed before any other company responded. Technicians identified the problem, and had the part installed next morning. The price of parts and labor were reasonable. The tech who did the part install went above and beyond and secured the bottom cover plate of the dishwasher that had been left loose for 4 years. Techs were professional, pleasant and respectful and observed Covid protocols. So happy for the service!
