From quoting and install, to cleaning up every last bit of dirt and dust on their way out, Andy & Tony + team went above and beyond my expectations. Andy helped find the best solution at a fair price in the quoting stage and Tony made sure they addressed all pieces of the job with thorough professionals who did quality, tidy work for HVAC, plumbing, gas, & electrical panel upgrade. They checked in with me often to make sure I was good with the plan and gave me full training on all the equipment. I cant recommend this team enough.

We hired BCRC to install air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms of our house. Andy, David, Tony and the rest of the team are the kindest, hard working, respectful and most honest people you will meet. They did an excellent job from start to finish and cleaned up everything they touched.

Andy made a mistake with my quote and under quoted me for the job. However, since we had already agreed on the price, he honored his mistake and the price he had given me and still delivered an exceptional service. I commend Andy for his honesty and honoring his word.

We needed to replace our aging boiler (30+ years) and a domestic hot water tank that was no longer effectively providing hot water. We set out to get quotes from at least 5 different businesses and chose BCRC Heating & Cooling. They answered the many questions we had, responded timely, and provided quotes for different types of systems and brands that we requested. After our own research and consultation with BCRC we decided that an IBC Boiler in addition to an IBC storage tank for our domestic hot water would more than meet the demands of our family and for the size of our house. BCRC provided a timeline for the install (4 days) and they made sure they adhered to it. They kept the site clean and placed a protective covering on our floors. They were very accommodating to some of the adjustments we requested and made sure that we were very happy with the install and the process. As expected, their work passed inspection and for the last week we have been enjoying rapid, unlimited, uninterrupted domestic hot water and a heating system that is 95% efficient. Thank you to the BCRC Heating and Cooling team (Andy, Tony and Adam) for making this a great experience and thank you for helping with the submission of the rebates. We will be sure to have BCRC Heating and Cooling perform the annual maintenance for our new heating system.

This is a professional service. Both men were knowledgeable and experienced. They fixed my 15 years old fireplace. However, fixing gentleman did not know a quote amount. Actual cost was equal to the quote and not to the actual time and material. It could be a coincidence. I was promised a quote for a new fireplace but I didn't receive it. Still I do love how they cleaned and fix the fireplace.

My mother's hot water tank wasn't giving hot water, i called BCRC and Tony came by and fixed the issue in a couple hours. Now my mom's happy which means im happy!

My father and I hired BCRC to install a new furnace and hot water tank in our older home in Richmond in October 2020, and we are extremely pleased with their work.
