R.H.H. Execution

RHH Execution parged my chimney about 16 months ago. Initially, it looked great but after 15 months, large cracks began appearing on all 3 sides of the chimney. The largest crack is now 1/8" wide and 7 feet long but there are numerous cracks that are over 1 foot long.
I have reached out to Raul 5 separate times and he hasn't returned any of my messages.
