I had my portable air conditioner installed this morning by Jon & Kevin. They did a great job, were very professional, efficient & friendly. I highly recommend them

I have only good reviews on both Jon and Zephil who installed my portable ac yesterday. In addition to doing a great job, they were both were respectful of my home, patient and courteous. Truly professional.

I was pleased with the work done by Sheldon. He took his time lining up the lasers to ensure that the lights were well positioned.

We had a number of companies contact us because of our request through HomeStars. We had 4 quotes done of which two were grossly overpriced and two were about the same. We finally decided on Universal. From the estimator, to work crew/installers and office personnel we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The crew was friendly and you could tell they new their business.

We replaced all of our light fixtures (approx. 15), and had a couple of plugs and light switches changed out etc. The crew even spotted a light fixture put in by a previous owner as not meeting code and addressed that problem while doing the install.

Until the issue to do with code they would have completed everything in about 9 hours (=$115/hr. incl. service call fees and taxes). I find this price to be fair especially when compared to the two that were overpriced coming at $2-$2500. Story here is do your homework because we would have been taken advantage of had we gone with two of the four who provided quotes.

We'd be happy to use this company again and refer them to friends and family.

Universal electrical service was amazing to say the least! One of the electrical components of my trailer had malfunctioned and the trailer was in operable for the following day. I had texted Craig late at night and he got back to me as soon as possible And schedule the repair that next morning. We were on the road to our first job without even being late! We had a ceiling fan die on us, and it didn't look like a DIY project or us, so we hired Universal Electrical Services to handle this project. They were available on short notice, arrived on-time, and completed the job in a friendly, professional manner. I would highly recommend them, and will be using them again in the future.
