I was looking for duct cleaning company for a few weeks now and the quotes I got from other people were simply outrageous, MP were the only ones that responded right away, answered all my questions (first time doing duct cleaning), confirmed our package, date, time and cost and were very professional and friendly, they came in today and I had the kids with me, they said I don't need to worry about a thing and truly did everything, cost was half the other guys as well which during this time is really appreciated, we got the full package which include the furnace as well and the service was exceptional, will definitely recommend them to friends and family

Had the dryer vent and ducts cleaned by Matthew and his assistant. Great job. They were polite, respectful and explained every step of the way. Matthew changed the air filter after the cleaning with one I had already purchased. Cleaned the birds nest and secured the dryer vent cap outside on the second floor. Great job. Great professional attitude for quality work - thank you. I would definitely recommend and utilize their services in the future.

Mathew & Jon were polite professionals who came to clean my entire house with great care.

They were tidy, and did not leave a mess. They took proper Covid-19 precautions, and wore masks the entire time. Mathew was quite transparent with what they were doing, and answered all questions with great detail.

Efficient and quick service. Provided me with photos of my return vents. I was never told my brand new furnace filter would covered in thick dirt after service. So after they left i checked and luckily I did and had to replace it. I would have assumed the suction from the truck would pick this up. The team made two holes for suction that was patched but fell off after a week, luckily I went to my crawl space to grab storage items that I noticed which I taped again to ductwork. Couple little issues afterwards which probably could've been avoided if I was warned of what could happen to the patches or the furnace filter.

Matthew and John did a good, professional job. Nice, friendly and easy to talk to and they explained what they were doing. They wore their masks.

Their all in price was a plus. I liked dealing with the owner instead of some coming through a telemarketer which was why I hadn’t cleaned my ducts for awhile.
