I was introduced to Ms.Darban and Sabat Architect Inc. by a reputable construction company to design and oversee the addition of an accessory dwelling unit to my property in Newmarket.

During our first meeting I realized that not only is Mr.Darban a professional and creative architect with extensive experience in design softwares such as Autocad and 3D Max but also very knowledgeable with the procedure involved in obtaining building permits and other legal authorizations for construction projects.

My wife and I were so impressed with her knowledge and experience that we decided to ask her to act as our representative in the town of Newmarket to obtain the necessary building permits and take part in various committees on our behalf.

Ms.Darban filed the application, prepared all the supporting drawings and paperwork, and ensured a smooth processing of our application at different stages, liaising with the appropriate departments in the town of Newmarket , overcoming any issues and obstructions in our path.

We were most impressed with how well Ms.Darban made best use of every inch of space we had available in our modest basement of 600 sq.ft. to create an extraordinary modern and practical residential unit.
Also she did an amazing job as our representative in the Minor Variances Committee.

We hired Max and his team at Sabat Construction Inc. to manage a comprehensive residential property reno in Keswick, Ontario.
