The installation was done so beautifully with great care and consideration. They are a very hard working and conscientious team of professionals. No need to look for any other kitchen and cabinetry company.

Redid our kitchen to add more storage and counter space to make it functional. Luc came up with designs to incorporate our ideas for a more functional kitchen. The kitchen colours counters and work done by luc and his team was everything we envisioned. Highly recommend

We used the services of Truwood Kitchen and Cabinetry Inc to redesign and remodel our kitchen. Luc gave us great designing ideas and he also incorporated our specific requirements into the designs. Luc and team was NOT after making us spend more and more. For example, they suggested us not to use hardwood for the cabinets to keep our costs within budget and still gave us TOP NOTCH quality. The workmanship of their team including the contractors, Elvin and his team, is more than what can be expected. Overall, we are VERY satisfied with the quality and professionalism of Truwood Kitchen and Cabinetry Inc. Even their after sales service is beyond comparison.

I had a great experience with this company. They were very professional and on time.

I have collaborated with TruWood Kitchens on at least half a dozen kitchens in the last 18 months. I have also had them produce custom vanities, linen towers and install beautiful countertops. Luc and Kamal are consummate professionals and trusted partners. My contractors have never found found fault with their installations - and that says a lot! Whether one is looking for a less expensive, Ikea-alternative - or a high end, custom painted kitchen, TruWood is fantastic! Luc’s practiced design eye is amazing and Kamal runs a tight ship. Together with their cabinet makers, they do an amazing job. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Since the moment we met the team it was a smooth and delightful process. We were amazed how quick and easy it was to work with them. I am so grateful for their hard work and I am thankful to them for my dream kitchen.

We used Truwood for a built-in unit in our dining room in 2020 based on a recommendation from friends and were very happy with them. We then decided to have some more work done by them which touched 5 different rooms in our house and there was an issue with every single project. Whether it was an installation quality issue or a manufacturing issue, every single project had a problem. In some cases it took them more than one attempt to try and correct the issue; there are still items that have never been resolved to our satisfaction and we have just decided to settle on what we got as we were not confident that they would ever get it right.

Because of all of the issues that we experienced we were going to cancel the last project, but we were assured that they would take extra care and that there would not be any issues. We agreed to proceed with the project and asked if we could make a revision to the original plan and were told that it would not be an issue. We asked on several occasions what the revised cost would be as there were less cabinets and (stone) countertop, but our inquiries were never once acknowledged. We foolishly proceeded to have the project completed before receiving an updated cost for the project as we assumed there would be a cost adjustment since the scope of work was less that originally quoted, but were were wrong. How we could be charged the same amount for less is beyond me, but Truwood seems to think it is justified. They have also made no acknowledgment of the fact that we made several inquiries on what the revised cost would be.

We are cutting our losses and paying for what we did not receive, but we will never work with or recommend Truwood again.

From start to finish, Truwood was excellent to work with through the entire process of our renovation. Both Kamal and Luc are responsive and very kind to work with. We had a lot of back and forth on designs and layouts through the process which Truwood always openly worked with us on to get our job done the way we had it envisioned. When it came to the installation and build quality everything is top notch. The installers are friendly and respectful of your home from protecting floors with drop cloths, cleaning up after the days work. The installers work at the right pace to ensure the job is done on schedule but do not rush to get the job done with poor quality. All the doors for cabinetry are lined up correctly and the colours and finishes are exactly what we had in mind. From a cost perspective Truwood was very competitive for the scope of our project. Overall a pleasure to work with and someone I would call again for any future home renovations.
