Mike was great. On time appointments. Great speed for txt replies during quote process. Very reasonable $. Really nice to work with. Excellent workmanship on a 3rd floor window repair. Cleaned the gutters on the front of the house on the way down and swept up before leaving. Old school. Could not ask for more. Already recommending to neighbours.

Mike came to provide a very reasonable estimate when he said he would, and came to do the job when he had promised to. He is polite, friendly and even has a sense of humour. They did a great job, and left the site cleaner than they found it. I would definitely recommend or use again.

Found Mike on Homestars and am glad I did. In the end, I was not disappointed. Mike and Maurice came when they said they would, and were professional and courteous. They removed and replaced the old metal soffit and the plywood underneath all around the house and installed the baffles for increased ventilation, no easy task and a very dirty job but they worked quickly and efficiently, were expert problem solvers and were careful working around the flower garden in front. They did an excellent, top notch, quality job, and cleaned up after themselves each day. Called several other contractors to get other quotes but they pressured me into doing unwanted and unneeded work because they felt the job wasnt big enough. Mike came measured and explained in detail in writing what would be done. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and also helpful advice going forward. The price was more than fair and reasonable. You can see they are true craftsmen who take extra care and pride in their work and it shows. 100% ! They even went above and beyond to fix other minor defects and problems that were not plainly visible to me, that was much appreciated! Will definitely use again and can recommended them highly. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

I found this company on HomeStars when I was drawn to a review which described a situation that was similar to mine. My downtown Toronto home has access issues, and I was looking for siding to be installed on a third floor gable with capping around the windows, and additional capping on two bay windows on the ground and second floor. I took a chance, and didnt look any further. I was not disappointed. Mike and Maurice came when they said they would, and were professional and courteous. They removed and replaced the old storm windows and were careful working around my small back garden. They did an excellent job, and cleaned up after themselves each day. They were easy to work with and explained what they were doing as they went along. My neighbour next door had them do a small capping job for him when they were finished with mine, and they even fixed a couple of minor eavestrough issues for him that they had noticed while they were there

I had lead through the siding, Mike came and added waterproofing inside the whole siding, added aluminum cover on top to divert water going through. The job was well done and no more leakin.

Mike and his crew showed up when they said they would and did a great job removing the old siding and dealing with issues that were uncovered during the process. There were a couple holes that they found caused by wildlife and they patched them up. As someone who is also in the construction industry, I found all of the joints to be tight and all of the seams where nicely taped. they did a good job installing the insulation and warp compared to some of the butchers I have seen. There is a noticeable improvement of warmth in the house since they finished. They were professional and cleaned up at the end of each day without having to be asked. I had called 27 siding companies before I came across Mike. some said they were booked for over a year, some never showed up when they said would to give a quote, some wanted to just give a quote over the phone (even after I told them there was access issues and the work was 3 stories high), and some gave quotes 3 times higher than others for the same work. Mike was not the cheapest, but had good references and knew the area. Was also one of the few who explained how he would handle access issues between the two downtown Toronto homes safely and he owns special scaffolding for the job. Most others said they would need to rent scaffolding. I highly recommend his services. You can tell Mike and his crew have being doing this for year and they have pride in their work, if something did not fit right they would cut it or remake the piece. not just try to jam things together. they also made sure all of the siding seams overlapped with the front side on top so you could not see the joints from the road. just the little touches they thought of helped. I am definitely picky, but Mike never complained and there was no extra charges at the end.

Mike and his team did a great job and also kept a great attitude throughout the project. They were very professional and always took the time to explain everything to us and make sure they understand what we wanted. We changed several parts with wooden siding to vinyl in the front of the house, and also we have small projects for fixing the vinyl siding along the house and in the back. In addition, we installed a new downspout in the front. They worked in a very professional way, and made sure that he must the rest of the siding of the house.
