Peter remove exterior caulking for all doors and windows for my house, 20 items including 2 garage doors. and other items like spigot, vents.using Mulco Expert He thoroughly removed the old caulking as much as he could, where the gaps were too wide he added foam insulation and or aluminum flashing no extra charge. The new caulking beads ares wide with matching colour where necessary. When he noticed missing mortar in some mortar joints near a window he caulked them to no extra charge. The job was done in 2 days, he cleaned up and left the job site neat and tidy. I am very happy with his work and will recommend him without any hesitation. Thank you Peter for a job well done!

After this garage suffered from 50 years of wood flashing, it was time to replace it with a no maintenance system. We were referred to Peter of PK Renovators.

We met with Peter to receive suggestions and a prompt quote. When our scheduled install date arrived, we had to make several time changes due to medical reasons. Peter worked with us to ensure we could still get the job done that day and it ended up being a very hot day - direct sun.

We are very happy with the completed job and the cleanup afterwards.

After a piece of window flashing was ripped off during strong winds, we struggled to find someone to come and perform a repair (window companies either didn't respond or didn't want to perform a small job).

Peter came out and provided several options on how best to perform the repair. We felt confident in Peter and ended up deciding to redo the flashing on several windows to avoid future problems.

Peter replaced some of my second floor windows.

From the start, he was on time and very professional. He laid down runners and made sure to clean the work area.

Compared to the first contractor I hired to do some of my second floor windows, I found the job a lot nicer. I had more gaps around the trim (in the corners) and just overall had to tidy up after that first crew.

Overall, he came in, got the job done quickly and well done and left the area spotless!

I was very happy and will definitely be using him again to finish the remaining windows in my home.
