Dennis and his team were fantastic. Punctual to start the move and efficient throughout. They packed everything up well, were extremely efficient fitting everything in the truck and polite and professional throughout. Moves can be a nightmare, but these guys made it a comfortable one. A high recommend from me.

We recently moved my mother (age 88) into a retirement home. Denis and his team were fantastic - from my initial inquiry to the final stages of the move. They accommodated all the elevator restrictions, wrapped the fragile artwork, and moved everything with care. This was an emotional move for my mother, and they handled everything with sensitivity. If I could give a higher rating than 10 out of 10 I would.

Denis and team helped my family move from our downtown Toronto condo into our new east-end semi. The experience was fantastic from start to finish. This was back in 2021 when they operated as mysimplymove. They've just rebranded as Comfy Move and I thought it was time to pay it forward.

On moving day, we received a knock on our condo door at our start time exactly. They already had their truck at the loading dock and had the elevator organized and ready to go.

We surprised them with more stuff than expected, and storage lockers on 2 floors. They worked quickly and without complaint. They continued to handle our stuff with care, even as we started to face a time crunch.

The process at the new house was the same. In spite of many surprises (including them first having to re-arrange and move the construction materials left by our contractor), they quickly dove in and got to work.

In the end, I was expecting some surprise charges due to the extra work and effort involved in our project. But, none came. They honored the original price with a smile.

I will 100% use them again and recommend them to anybody looking for a quality, small-business owned mover.

We moved from Bloomfield to Hamilton in one day. The 3 men were hard workers and they didn't stop moving at either site. They were competent and fast and we had a lot of stuff to move. They disassembled and wrapped at one end and reassembled at other end without a wrong move and the furniture didn't suffer any damage. I would not hesitate to recommend you. Thank you Simply Move!

I am in awe of these guys' professionalism, competence, and care. Right from the start, they asked all the right questions, so it was clear they knew what they were doing. They arrived promptly, moved our furniture out of the way, put protective pads down, removed old appliances from our mezzanine and brought up new ones, and put everything back as it was. They paused so I could sweep and mop where the old appliances had been before putting the new ones in place. They were amazing to work with.

Denis and the Simply Move team are excellent movers - I highly recommend them. Every aspect of the process was seamless and professional. I spoke with many (8+) moving companies prior to selecting Simply Move. From my initial conversation with Denis he was professional and provided great customer service. The pricing was easy to understand. The agreement and insurance documents were sent promptly.

Denis and his team arrived on time and explained their process for packing the truck. He took pictures of any furniture scratches that were there prior to them being moved and showed the pics to me. All furniture was wrapped and moved with care. They were very efficient.

At my new home, they protected the floors, put felt on the bottom of the furniture to ensure that if I wanted to move any furniture after the floors would not get scratched. Denis even fixed a cabinet and desk for me (that had been an issue for years)!

The fee came in exactly where I expected. I highly recommend Simply Move!

The entire process was fairly smooth. they wrapped everything properly and there was minor damage in assembling of our furniture. I'd use them again.
