Meeting with Greg for the drywall/mudding project was rewarding from beginning to end. The communications between Greg and myself were open and constructed and he is very prompt in completing the project. I found Greg on home stars when I was looking for a contractor to do the drywall work on a basement renovation at my personal home. I am a project manager for a builder in the GTA so i was also looking to see if he would be a good fit for our team.

Greg quoted the job fairly and was able to mobilize his crew on fairly short notice. They did a great job installing the drywall, they were fast and efficient. Greg also arranged for the remaining materials to be picked up and disposed and left the work space tidy.

Greg is friendly and professional and a great guy to work with and we will be using him on future projects at work.

As a general contractor in the GTA it is becoming more and more difficult to find honest hardworking crews to assist in the completion of our projects. Greg was a great communicator and ensured the job was done as promised. There were some slight delays due to Covid complications but Greg was in constant contact with us regarding the schedule and the job was ultimately done to the client’s satisfaction. Looking forward to working with EQ on some future projects this summer.

This was our first experience using this company and we were blown away by how courteous, clean and professional the employees were. The work they did was outstanding, done quickly, on time and on the date arranged. The workers cleaned up the entire workspace as well prior to leaving. Honestly this was the best experience we have had with work done in our home. We will definitely be using them for future work.

Greg and his team did a great job skim coating our old uneven popcorn ceiling and making it look smooth and like new.

We removed two load bearing walls on our main floor which caused a big renovation as hvac/electrical also needed to be rerouted. Greg went above and beyond with multiple site visits to see how the work was going once the beams were installed and once hvac was in. He even came in separately to remove the ceilings so that hvac and electrical can be easily moved. This was not in his original scope as he was just supposed to come in close to the end to finish walls and ceilings. He also removed a bulkhead in the basement to make it easier again for hvac. The project came with these complexities and was quite frustrating for us to predict. He was quick and efficient getting us to the end product and his work looks great! The taper he used also did an excellent job and came in over the weekend to ensure it was done on time for painting to happen. Thank you Greg for your patience and guidance throughout. I would recommend using EQ Construction for all your drywall work.

Reached out to Greg and his crew to have some drywall taped and mudding for our master bedroom addition/ renovation. Greg recommended a No coat and corner beading system to be installed on our coffered ceiling.
I am extremely happy with the beautifully level and square finish on the corners and edges of the room and ceiling. I am thrilled with the results of the work and would highly recommend Greg and his crew to complete your home project, as it was their home they are working on. Quality work is tough to find these days. Looking forward to working with Greg on future Reno’s.
