One of the easiest transaction that I did for my parents. Their house never had AC before and with all the Covid -19 Situation they were forced to stay home in this burning heat. I send a message to Air Legend and Ken replied fast and gave me competitive quote and the next day Ken and Ash went out of their way to make sure that the installation was completed. They were not only nice but knowledgeable and professional.
They made sure the unit was working before they left and followed up the next day to make sure all is working well.
Not only I would recommend Air Legend but I will get my family to benefit form their great friendly service by installing another unit at my sister.

Our AC unit came with the house and has been brutal and only working intermittently. We reached out to Ken and he and Ash were here the next day. It was a late appointment (4:30pm) and they had some surprises when they saw the unit but stayed until it was done (7:30pm) in the blazing heat! They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and just nice guys! They followed up the next day to make sure we were happy and we are! Would highly recommend and use them again for any of their services.

The technicians were very professional, polite, knowledgeable. The job was done in the time as estimated 1h3omin. They explained every step and spared the time and patience to explain to me how to maintain and look after my air conditioner .eg changing the filter frequently. They are very kind and always ready to help. Most important their prices are very very reasonable when compared to others. I will definitely use their service again. I go to know Air Legend as a friend of mine recommended me to work with Ken and his company. So, I contacted him and arranged for the installation of a new AC. Upon my discussion over the phone with Ken, I got to realize that he is so knowledgeable about different makes of AC as well as knowing his job the best. All in all, I ordered a new one and he and his colleague got it installed perfectly.
