Having a built in fridge ice maker that works is a game changer! When I called to report that my fridge didn't make ice, a technician was quickly assigned and Zack came to assess the situation. Since a part needed to be replaced and it was on back order, Louisa kept me informed with update calls. Once the part became available, she called out to schedule the repair. Zack showed up early on the scheduled day, replaced the part, answered my questions, and left me with working ice maker. He was pleasant, professional, and efficient. I highly recommend the iCare team for appliance repair services.

The light bulbs in our freezer and fridge were broken and Icare came in next day to fix it.
Eventually needed 3-4 light bulbs costing $130 each and the technician recommended to do the freezer first which could fix the fridge lights as well
And luckily it resolved the problem and I had to pay for one bulb + service cost

The technician provided excellent service and answered all my questions. Technician ensured to clean up before he left.

Came home from camping with my family with tons of dirty cloths just to discover that my washer broke down. Scheduling a service call with iCare took only a few minutes (it took me waaaay longer time on the phone with LG Suport that at the end gave me iCare's number).
When the technician, Yan, came in, within a few minutes he knew what the issue was and gave me the full breakdown, including pros and cons repairing vs. replacing. Yan ordered the parts immediately. He came back two days later when the parts were available and the final repair took another 15 min or so.
A few days later they followed up to make sure that everything was working fine.
I was very satisfied with every single interaction I had with iCare and the service they provided. Highly recommend

My LG refrigerator stopped working Sunday morning I called iCare Appiance Service Jul 10, Sunday, and I was surprised someone answered me. Stan was on the other line. I explained my problem and he said he will send a technician the following morning. Indeed, Alex, the technician came in the morning checked the unit and replaced the worn out compressor with an improved design compressor. He also updated the program of the refrigerator. Alex was awesome and he fixed my refrigerator in just over an hour. And it cost me a reasonable price. Im just hoping it will serve me for another ten years. Awesome company.
