We contacted Kris at Legacy December 21st 2022 on short notice he inspected our home in the middle of snow storm Dec 22. Kris is a professional in every way. He responds quickly to phone calls and emails. Kris provided us with an excellent report the same day he did the inspection. I am not sure that is always possible our potential home was in great condition so perhaps their was a little less to report on. The report had detailed photos and information that will assist us in correcting the issues. He frequently asked me if I had questions. Kris was able to answer every question I had about the home. It is rare to find someone that does what they say they will do, does it well and does it on time.
