From the time I called for an estimate, the service I received from Timberline was unbelievable! The receptionist (Laura) was friendly, competent and professional assuring me that I would be looked after in a timely and efficient manner. When the owner (Darrell) arrived to give my estimate, he was very efficient and competently discussed what needed to be done. The estimate was completed in timely manner, and was professionally presented at a reasonable price.

When the crew arrived to do the job, they were friendly and quickly went to work--and boy, could they work! Everyone worked together, and they efficiently removed my old shingles and put on the underlay, drip edges, and new shingles like nothing I had ever witnessed. It was worth the price just to watch the whole process. They answered all the questions I had, worked diligently to complete the job in a very reasonable time, and left my yard in perfect condition. My roof looks great, and it was a real pleasure to do business with Timberline. I would recommend them to anyone, anytime!
