My Samsung stove has never stayed at the correct temperature and fluctuated constantly since the day I bought it, making it impossible to bake, and other foods - hit and miss and only by using thermometers (in the baking/cooking) and constantly readjusting the the temperature. Nimbly appliance was able to rectify the issue and replace the faulty parts. The first repair man (another company) was unable to repair it. They kept in touch, followed and were kind and courteous on the the phone and in person. Highly recommended.
Thankfully, Samsung did cover the cost.

Product was under warranty from Manufacture.

They explained the process of what they would be doing. Work was done pretty quickly.

They cleaned up after themselves.
