Excellent service repairing my dryer. They went above and beyond by making sure all the parts were in good working order. They also made some suggestions with respect to the maintenance of the dryer. It was much appreciated.

Due to a large workload, we waited over a week to get service, but were informed all along on when to expect service to be done. When they came, they were efficient, clean and effective. Friendly, honest service. Instructions and good tips were given on how to maintain the fridge freezer moving forward. Excellent service.

After my on line request for an installation I received a call within an hour and a scheduled appointment for two days later. Then technician was, courteous and efficient. after thr installation he took some time with us to review our new Microwave. We are very happy with how great our Microwave looks.

Had nimbly come and repair our dryer after it was throwing codes and providing no heat. Very good communication and fast prompt service allowed us to be back up in running. The owner came and showed us some pointers on better better hose run( ours was restricted a bit) if anyone is looking for a good company these guys are it. Thank you.

The Service technician responded to a warranty call. One part was replaced and then he diagnosed another problem, ordered the replacement part and then returned a few days later to complete the service.

Dryer stopped heating. I looked around and this seemed like the most professional as they service Samsung, LG and GE appliances for warranty work. Glad I went with them. The guy is a 100% professional. Responsive on the phone, shows up when he says and is honest. Absolutely hands down the best appliance repair experience I have had and I have been a homeowner for 25 years.
