10/10 for Rostica! Not only Emin and his team were extremly responsive, patient, expert and dedicated but they did an excellent job on our wall!
Despite that the work to be done was challenging because the space between our house and the neighbor was very narrow, the house is a high 3 storey house, and our roof flashing did not accomodate enough space for the stucco, Rostica team did the job in time and went beyond expected, they fixed some cracks, cleaned up a vent which had a bird nest while they were up there, straighten up our chemine and helped us with the roof flashing because we were not able to find available and affordable roofing companie, and they did it extremely well.
They also were fair priced, discreet and very respectful of our neighbors and their wall/property.
We will use their service again without question. 2 of our neighbors are already interested after seeing their completed work on our house!
