Very professional technical service team Henry arrived on time assessed estimate and completed job right away at reasonable price. Also gave warranty for Two years on parts. Will strongly recommend to use their excellent service.

Having used Ontario Garage Doors in the past when my garage door control spring snapped one afternoon, i called them for service. I was able to have a Technician come to my Home the next morning to replace the broken unit.
After he replaced the spring he took the time to check that everything else was in good condition and working properly before he left.
It was refreshing to see that he epitomized what we seem to be losing these days.....good Customer Service!

From the moment I talked to Ed I knew they were the right company for me. Quiet spoken very knowledgable old-school picked up the phone and called love it The technician that came showed me everything. Very knowledgable very polite. Great service definitely would recommend this company.

Ed was super quick to respond to all messages, friendly and professional. I really appreciated that he didnt rush or pressure me into anything and was patient with my busy schedule.

The installer (Mike) was friendly, polite, informative and efficient. He installed my opener in about an hour then helped me set everything up in the app and made sure everything was working correctly. He even took the time to put the light bulbs in the opener for me and took away every last piece of the old opener as well as the packaging from the new one.

Top notch service all around. Highly recommend!

We had purchased a garage door in the summer of 2023 from Ontario Garage Doors.
When it arrived although the quality was good it was not what we expected in appearance. We informed Dave of the issue who put us in touch with Ed
Ed immediately started working with us to try to find a satisfactory alternative.
He guided us through the process and another door selection was made. In addition Ed allowed us to to keep the door until our new selection arrived.
When it arrived it was exactly what we had hoped for.
During this whole process Ed was very receptive and accommodating and easy to work with. This experience was further enhanced with the professional installation provided by Mike.
