SMG Designs and Renovations quoted on our job - 3rd floor deck replacement and underlying roof that was leaking into the 2nd floor bedroom. SMG showed us several design options and discussed the merits of each one, and the differences in materials and costs. The job was difficult, but they brought it in on budget and on time. It was late November and bitterly cold, so we were impressed they met the deadline. Quality workmanship. Friendly and professional. They went the extra mile by checking behind the drywall in the bedroom to ensure there was no black mould or water damage. They then painted room in the colour of our choice.

After consulting with a few contractors we decided to hire SMG, Andres sketched I'm the computer 3 options and they were all so beautiful that it was so hard to choose one, or badger was limited so we chose the middle range one, after 3 weeks we were enjoying our new kitchen, strongly recommended.

A few years ago, SMG designed and renovated our back yard, we got lots of compliments from our guess, last year we called them to design and renovate our master bathroom, and we couldn't be happier. we referred them to our friends and all of them were very satisfied.
