This is a great company to work with. The estimate for the job was done quickly and there was good communication regarding when the work would start. The owner repaired part of our trim without being asked and did not charge for it. The best part though was that the workers were all very polite, considerate and pleasant to have around. Also, there were a lot of them so the work was done quickly. I have no trouble recommending this company highly.

Patrik do a very nice job on our bathrooms. He communicated with us frequently to give us updates. He finished on-time and we were happy with his work.

First, I had some stippling removed from the bathroom & kitchen areas. Then the whole place was painted, required extra coats. New light fixtures & faucetts installed throughout. New under cupboard lights, new backsplash, new porcelain tile for kitchen & diningroom.
Everything was finished to perfection. I am very pleased with the results.

Patrik at Denali Developments has been very relaible contractor for me over past few years. They have completed several of personal projects, including basement renovation. I also referred him to multiple real estate clients o fmin to assist them with repairs before selling their home and some major renos after the purchase.

Patrik from Denali Company took a great care throughout the project to ensure quality and our satisfaction. My wife and me, we selected cork flooring for our kitchen, combined with new countertop and fitting backsplash. In the middle of the project we decided to preserve our existing cabinet doors. Patrik organized somebody to clean the old layers off the wooden doors, and give them extra life with new stain and lacquer. We love the matching tones of cork and wood. For all hardware details satin nickel was elected. And I almost forgot; of course the kitchen was painted to perfect final result.

Patrik done many renovations for us over last 10 years. His work was always exceptional and definitely will use him again.
