Dimitri was thorough in assessing the gas leak in our kitchen. We have brought in a gas technician previously and was told there was no leak in the connection. Dimitri did find the leak in the connection (vs from the cooktop) and ordered the parts immediately for the fix. The job was done in two days! I am glad we have gone with Dimitri for a second opinion. Thanks so much!

Dmitri is terrific - competent, polite, trustworthy and professional. Dmitiri determined our 9 yr old fridge was not worth fixing as the cost would exceed $1,000 and a new, similar replacement fridge would cost around $2,500.

My dryer was working but not heating anymore so I scheduled next day appointment with Dimitri. He arrived on time, disassembled the dryer and quickly diagnosed the problem which as I suspected was the heating element. He replaced the part, checked the operation to make sure the new heater works. He also recommended some maintenance to prevent this problem in the future.

The price was more than reasonable and the work was professionally done. Very happy customer and would highly recommend.

Dimitri was very knowledgeable about gas stoves. He diagnosed problems quickly and quoted parts and service right away. He was able to schedule to come back within two days with parts. He arrived on time, worked on the stove and even though the problems took longer to fix than he figured he honoured the quoted price. We had a couple of burners that wouldn't light with igniter and oven temperature was erratic when baking. All problems fixed, we were very happy.
