We had carpet installed in March and got a grease stain on it in April....ugh! Called Steve to ask what cleaning product to use and he sent Jason to clean the spot. It came clean and he gave us the bottle of industrial carpet cleaner to boot. That’s great customer service! Thanks Steve.
