Where to start....I called all over Norfolk County ON trying to get new carpet installed due to trying to avoid a severe allergic reaction to cat allergen in the new home we just moved into. Every place was booked solid, most into the new year. I saw an ad on Kijiji for carpet sales/installation and called. I had all but given up. Stephen returned my call that same day. After speaking with me extensively over the phone, he arranged a carpet install THE NEXT DAY!!! We couldn't believe it! Not only that, his installer Jason drove 288kms around trip to get this job done! The level of care from both Stephen & Jason exceeded all expectations. The carpet looks stunning and is the most professional looking job I have seen to date! Big shout out to you Jason for your obvious high level of experience, you did a perfect job : ) Stephen followed up with me every step of the way. His level of customer care is impeccable. You will not get this at big box carpet stores. Leave them alone, and choose this small business with 5 star level of service and very fair

It's customers like you that make it worth the drive and 150 km to get the job done . I was disappointed in what my competition was telling you and I wanted to make a point to prove them wrong and I guess by your review we succeeded !
