I found Eddie (the owner) to be a wonderful human and dedicated craftsman. No shortcuts, only the best. He spent time consulting with us (multiple phone calls and emails) and guided us to the best solution for both our bathrooms in a newly constructed home.

Also, if you're looking for someone doing a schluter drain install, Eddie is your man. Not a lot of people in Toronto/GTA have this expertise and he did a fine job evidenced by the photos I'm posting. Highly recommend Eddie and team if you're looking for top notch work done with love and patience, at a reasonable price for the quality expected.

He even passed on his full discount at two tiling shops. Most tiling contractors will only give you 20-25% off, but Eddie passed on his full discount: 40% at one place and 30% at another, due to which we managed to save thousands of dollars.

Eddie and his team have been the best trade on site to work with. Extremely organized, well thought out execution on installing all our floor and wall tiles which Are large formate high end porcelain tiles flawlessly. We hired Smooth Edge Tile to put down tile in our powder room. They were very quick to respond and did a great job. They were patient to explain the best way to install the tile and ensured a very smooth transition with our other flooring.
The tile we chose was a little more tricky but they did a fantastic job in getting the pattern right.

It’s a big job. Hardwood and ceramic tiles were ripped out, the cement base broken up, and replaced with a new concrete bed and then the new tiles were laid and grouted. Edevaldo and his company Smooth Edge did the most amazing job. It far, far exceeded my expectations. From my first communication to the very end of the job, Everything that was promised, was delivered on time, with great advice, suggestions and TOP quality of work. I would recommend this company to anyone. They are that good.
