New Era construction is our go-to contractor for all our residential and commercial renovation needs. They have completed multiple construction projects from framing a garage for the installation of a garage door, installation of a contemporary entrance door and repair to our kitchen cabinetry which was poorly installed by another installer. New Era's work ethics was excellent. They started these jobs when promised and where always pleasant to deal with. You can tell they are very passionate about their work and care about the success of the projects they deliver to their clients. What impressed us is how they left the job sites behind. Everything was cleaned up and in perfect order. This is something rare to find with many contractors. We are planning to redo the upstairs floor of our 3,000 sqft house over the winter and will give Cody and his team a try to show us their flooring installation skills. Stay tuned for an update on this.

From the moment Cody came to inspect the deck to the moment he finished the rebuild, he had been nothing short of respectful, responsible and efficient! His workmanship is amazing.

The previous owners of our home had started a deck build but never had the permit closed (and we had no idea!). The city came to inspect it and it was an instant fail. You can imagine the stress and anger that came from finding out. We reached out to a couple companies for estimates including New Era Construction. Knowing the distance could be an issue, we were open to being told such. Not only was Cody willing to make the daily drive, he also had great rates! Right away we went to work on the dimensions and details; he even suggested a second set of stairs that we never thought would be possible. Cody took care of everything, from the city permits to the city inspection points. From the ordering of parts to the clean-up.

Honestly, we could not be happier. Our deck feels stable, secure and lasting; and that's important when you want your young children safe while playing! Thank you so much, Cody; you were amazing to work with.

Working with Cody was a dream, he was patient with the changes I kept making pre-construction and made more than one trip to my house before we started to talk about design.
The craziest part was Cody and his team built our deck in 3 days! 3 12 hour days. They were fast efficient and professional, they were also very clean!
And, we had gotten our pool redone at the same time and not only did he coordinate with them so I didn't have to be the middle man he came back after he was done the deck twice at night to fix my fence and put our gate back up.
The customer service was above and beyond, the quality didn't disappoint and, he came in under budget and below what he had originally quoted. I think the fact that we saved money because he did the job quicker than he thought and because of where the pool ended up he needed less lumber, we saved a significant amount of money. That's amazing, he's very honest, and clearly has strong morals.
I found New Era through my neighbours he had build them a pergola and they had nothing but good things and say and well, I saw the end result was beautiful.

Amazing experience. Job was done fast and right. Great attention to detail and very friendly personable worker. Had a fence and privacy wall built on a medium size lot. Great company. Highly recommended.

Roof shingle replacement, vynil siding, bathroom Reno, laundry room reno, entry door replacement. This talented man has no limits to his precise, meticulous work ethics, very particular about his craftsmanship and ensuring the job is done as requested, to my satisfaction and on time.
