Very satisfied customer! My dryer wasn’t working. Merv respond to my inquiry right away, had me send him the model number of the dryer to ensure he had the right part and arrived when he said he would. Upon arrival he quickly diagnosed the problem and had a new part installed in no time. Very professional and friendly all around! Highly recommend!
