We started with a inn with a defunct boiler system and the water tanks were blown.
We had Charlie's team come in and replace the hot water tanks and boiler system initially. McCallion heating and cooling came in about 6k less then a competitor. The system is a dual storage tank system (50g) along with 2 450k btu boilers working in redundant configuration.
Once that was done, we were so happy with the results we had new rads installed in a few Inn rooms, we extended the boiler system to cover the basement pub along with adding additional heating to the kitchen. All with the same solid quality of work.
Many times a person on his team would say, really it is not worth the money to do x or it doesn't need to be done at this time. Or alternately they would highlight saving bleeding time via auto bleeders to save long term maintenance or adding magnetic filters to filter the water to increase system lifetime.
And then we decided to have him do our house - so replaced 7 rads so far and our heating bill dropped significantly.
