My elderly parents hired this company to repair their 20 year old Miele dishwasher in March 2020. DAS charged them $225 to check the main board, watering system and electric circuit, then recommended a new circulation motor at $678. DAS brought the wrong motor leaving the dishwasher unusable just before the pandemic lockdown occurred, though they promised to be back when allowed to do so. They returned the 3rd week of May with the correct motor however the dishwasher still does not work and DAS have now advised a new control panel is required at $300 to $500 above the $1000 my parents have already paid them. We suspect they replaced the motor when not required and the original technician did not perform a proper service.DAS should have recommended the purchase of a new dishwasher. My parents have mobility issues, finding it very hard to manually wash dishes and are still without a dishwasher. DAS has not returned their calls. The treatment of my elderly parents by this company is disgusting and I would avoid using DAS for any services.
