Having construction mess up your property is no joke. But Alex from Restoranation Environmental Services Inc. provided reassurance and solid advice. Even though I'm a good distance away, he made the trip to check out my place. It wasnt just a quick look-over either; he really took his time to see what was going on.

What I loved most was how down-to-earth and realistic he was. No pushy sales vibes or trying to make me rush into a decision. It felt like he genuinely cared about helping me out and making things right.

From start to finish, RestoraNation was fantastic to work with. Alex arrived to survey the job site promptly and made us immediately comfortable that they knew how to to the job, properly. When they arrived on demo day, Charles, the demo leader was friendly, professional and extremely knowleagable. They performed the job exactly as we asked and cleaned up perfectly afterwards. Would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a garage/shed demo done.

They provided me with a quote for taking down my detached garage. And while my husband and I ultimately decided not to go ahead with the project at all, they were great to deal with in the quoting stage.

My contractor found asbestos tape around a vent during renovation- I emailed Restoranation by chance and met Alex. Alex was extremely helpful in explaining the process, safety and ensuring I had knowledge to remain calm. He is patient and responsive.
Charles and his team came to do the work in a quick turnaround time so contractors werent delayed, and let me know about other asbestos areas in case I was to renovate them in future to ensure safety. In one area we are renovating so a quick test was done.
This team is now also helping with some areas of water damage.
I am happy to have found a company who responds, has knowledge, and does what they say they will. In the case of mold and asbestos you need to trust that things will be done right, and I trust these professionals-they seem to really care!

Our attic was not properly vented and so developed mold all around. Their team sealed up the room where the attic access was and did such a thorough cleaning you would not know there was mold there before.

We discovered mold in our basement, attic, kitchen and garage, as well as asbestos in the vents. Restoranation quickly came for an assessment and provided a quote right away.

As soon as we accepted the quote, we were able to lock in the work dates. The team showed up on time and precisely followed the pre-determined schedule, making recommendations for future work or things to keep an eye on as they went along.

The work included a lot of demolition, clean up, fogging, replacement of vent parts. All done with care and with a friendly attitude. I definitely recommend Restoranation to anyone looking for restoration work!

Alex and his team were fast, friendly and did a great job! We had mold in our bathroom and windows and they did a great job removing it. Customer service was fantastic.

Restoranation Inc were there for me from start to finish through a nightmare of an innocent that I was not aware of until they throughly inspected my house. They took the proper steps that were required to removed and remediate excess mold and portions of walls, baseboards, trims and carpets, which were affected. Without them, I would never have found the source of the problem, which they determined to be a water leak due to improper siding work and missing parts above the outside windows. This took time and through investigation on their part to not only determine where the leak was coming from, but also to fix and restore the problem and damages incurred. Thank you to this team; Charles, who knows exactly what needed to be done and even guided external contractors on what was required on their end to get the job done properly as a whole.
