Waterproofing 50 feet side of house
Thank you to Luke, Oleg and the Rooterworx team for their support over the past few weeks, responding on a holiday Monday to my call that there had been a leak in our basement. Luke came, inspected and quoted a waterproofing and sump pump project for a 50 foot side of the house. While on site, he fixed an existing plumbing issue.
Throughout the project, he communicated well and often, and was always transparent despite a few surprises (i.e. window wells built in concrete down to foundation bottom that had to be removed). The team was courteous and clean.
Since completing about a week ago, Luke has assisted with some post-project follow up that has been required, and has continued to be responsive.
