TSR Pest Control & Wildlife Animal Removal

We had a massive bed bug problem in our home and tried three expensive treatments including a heat treatment that a well-known company promised would completely exterminate the bugs. All of them failed. The entire family was depressed because of the financial and health burden bed bugs were putting us through. That’s when I decided to hire TSR. I called them four times over ten days or so to determine if they would be any different compared to other companies we had hired. I decided to try TSR before giving up and getting accustomed to life with bed bugs because they sounded very keen to help. They refused to discuss money until they could meet us in person and understand why the previous treatments were not delivering good results. At the end, TSR was so thorough, professional, and caring that we were left crying tears of joy.

We couldn’t stand any more their chirping noise every morning and were afraid they would lay eggs. TSR offered a next day appointment and solved the problem completely within a few hours. They removed the birds, cleaned the vent and installed a metal cage-type cover to prevent future intruders from breaking in.

My daughter forgot to shut the basement window. A squirrel sneaked in and refused to leave despite our effort. Technicians sent by TSR were able to catch the squirrel and remove it from our basement.

We discovered rat holes around the concrete around our pool. We are adjacent to a field and school so they could have come from anywhere. Alan responded quickly to my inquiry and within a couple of hours . Came with a very cost effective solution. We would recommend them to our friends.

the mouse treatment by TSR was a stress-free experience. We were especially interested in finding out potential holes mice could be using to enter into our home. TSR’s technicians found those areas and we will hire them again summer to repair those holes to prevent other mice from coming in. For now, the treatment they did has been working very well.

We noticed bad smell coming from our bathroom vent. We went outside and saw the vent for the exhaust fan was damaged and there was a lot of bird waste on the ground. TSR was the first company to respond to our quote request. They came the same evening and addressed our problem.

TSR was very respectful and handled the service request professionally. The technicians removed the animals and repaired the vent. They offered us additional vent protection at a reasonable price. We will call them for that service later this summer once we get the roofs replaced.

The gentlemen from TSR exterminated rats in our basement. I strongly reccomend TSR. The service was professional. They checked the property carefully to make sure they would miss no points of entry.
