I called TSR very early in the morning, as we had just discovered that woodpeckers had made holes in an exterior wall of our stucco house - and it looked like sparrows had nested in a couple of them. TSR promised to come the same day, and they did. They were very efficient and dealt with the problem quickly. I can't recommend them strongly enough.
