We were very pleased with Merivale Windows. Customer service was good, very pleasant staff , punctual, cleaned up! I love my window and will for sure contact them when we need another window. I have told all my friends how pleased we were!

They were good folks to deal with, and provided discount when the energy rebate could not be done in my triplex.
The installation crew Chris and Steve installed 5 windows and did a wonderful job, cleaned up job site, not to mention they were pleasant guys.

My experience with merivale windows was exceptional ! From the extremely knowledgeable and personal sales person to the estimator and installation crew. The installers were particularly respectful and neat . The entire process was completed on time and on budget !
I would not hesitate to use this company for future projects .

Very pleased with my new basement windows, More light is coming in making the basement brighter. Best of all is that there are no drafts. The basement is warmer and so is the rest of the house. The workmen were were very efficient and pleasant and the salesman very knowledgeable.

I am very happy with the results. We had 17 windows done.
Eight of them 6 feet by five feet.
They did a great job with the finishing touches.
This is the third time I have used them and have had no issues at all.

We immediately felt the warmth and enjoyed the views from our new bedroom windows installed this winter.

We had great installers come over and install our new windows and patio door. They were extremely friendly and flexible. The installers were very nice and skilled. The office support team was fantastic to work with as well.

I received a phone call from Merival Windows and Doors quite a few months ago, maybe even a year ago. At that time, I was not ready to purchase new windows and a new patio door but we agreed that she would call me back at a later date and she did. Best phone call I ever had. I met with a representative from Merival Windows and Doors at my house for a quote on new windows and patio door. He was extremely kind, helpful and very knowlegeable about the Canada Greener Homes Grant and Loan Programs. In addition, the installation of the new windows and doors went very well and the installers were punctual, efficient and clean. Excellent job all around.

From the initial phone call to the final installation, Merivale Windows and Doors were amazing. The office staff in particular were personable, knowledgeable, efficient and quick to respond to all my questions. Shout out to Mary and the rest of the crew I dealt with. The installers worked hard, quietly going about their business and did a wonderful job cleaning up. Finally and most importantly, the windows look wonderful!
