great company. all the guys I dealt with were a pleasure. had a composite deck built with railings and came out better then I had thought it would.
very professional guys who were upfront about everything and tried to save me money wherever they thought they could.
I would use Decksforlife again and would refer them to anyone needing a deck.

We hired decksforlife to build us a new deck as our old deck was in pretty bad shape. We got quotes from multiple companies but picked decksforlife as they came in with a very competitive quote and could start in a few weeks. Iaroslav, the manager of the company, walked us through the whole process and our options for materials and design and answered any questions we had. I was impressed with Iaroslav's prompt replies to our questions as he always answered within a few hours.

The construction crew was led by Yuri. They showed up on time everyday and worked hard to complete the project in three days, which was faster than scheduled even through one day was cut short because of a downpour. Like Iaroslav, Yuri was available to patiently answer our questions during the build.

The deck they built for us is exactly what we wanted. Great crew and great communication throughout the project, we highly recommend decksforlife.

Decksforlife was articulate from the start of the planning process all the way to the end of the project. The pricing is very reasonable for the workmanship and level of detail that they offer. They worked hard through all types of weather and cleaned up when they were done with the project.

I would say they are truly experts in this space and would highly recommend using them. Quality of the deck turned out great and met/exceeded our expectations. Was also done in a timely manner and met their timeline that they had advised prior to starting the project.

We wanted to update our front porch, which has a large flower bed wrapped around it that was done by the previous owners and needed to be updated. We did a lot of research into the various materials as well as designs for a porch, met with multiple companies but at the end Iaroslav and his team at Decks for Life were the best option for us. They did not rush to secure the job, were very easy to communicate from day one. They took the time to really help us figure out exactly what would be the best options for the porch, the flower bed, stairs and materials. As the work was being done, they kept on making suggestions to improve certain things. We had a hard time with finding railing for our stairs and they went above and beyond in finding the best option for us that really put the whole porch together. Would highly recommend Deck for Life for anyone that needs a deck, porch or fence done.

Yuri was great to work with. He was very pleasant and friendly, and extremely quick when coming out to quote on our project. He showed amazing work ethic and was punctual and reliable. We came to Yuri with our deck design and measurements and he was able to bring our design to reality. We were extremely pleased with the work that was done by Decks For Life and we have already recommended them to many friends and neighbors.

Love the new backyard!

We needed a new deck and put out a request via Homestars. The first response came from Decks for Life and they turned out to be the best out of all the companies that responded. I was impressed with Decks for Life estimator Iaroslav’s punctuality, communication and willingness to achieve what we were hoping to do even if it meant more work for Decks for Life and dealing with a supplier that they had never worked with. This was especially apparent when trying to and obtaining estimates from other companies. The work itself was seamless with the two main workers being very pleasant and conscientious with their work. They finished within their time estimate for the job and kept within the budget established at the beginning. Our new deck looked so nice that family members that saw the photos of our new deck thought that we had purchased new furniture as well (which wasn’t the case). It was a pleasure having the Decks for Life team redo our deck and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

The first day I messaged them, they came out to quote me. This was the VERY first day they were allowed to open because of the Covid-19 shut down. Most of my backyard was already fenced, only a small portion needed fencing and 2 gates. We also asked them to put pavement stones in our side yard to store our garbage and recycling bins. They were hard working and did a wonderful job in 2 days. 3 weeks later, I had a minor issue with one of the wood cracking open and my gate couldn't lock, he came the next day to look at it. I'm sure he will fix it as soon as he can. Highly recommend them and would use them again when we do our deck next year.
