Adt Protectron - Out of Business

Been with ADT for 5 years had no problems. My smoke alarm is defective and being monitored by ADT. They can't send someone out for 5 days to fix it and leaving me unprotected. Tried to call head office and promised a returned call, but no one did. Had to go out and buy a smoke detector so my family can be safe. Unprofessional and switching to another company who only charges $25 a month and has 2 way monitoring. Pass this along to anyone thinking of getting ADT.
