Our old roof needed frequent repairs and attention so we asked Erion to have a look at it. He gave us an honest evaluation of the roof and told us why we were having problems. His answers were straightforward and honest and were much appreciated. Despite it being less than 10 years old, we decided to replace it. The crew quickly and efficiently set about removing the old roof and putting on the new one. They were thorough and paid lots of attention to the details. I found Erion and his team while driving by one of their jobs I was impressed by their workmanship and attention to detail. I have hired them to do two roofs and I am extremely happy with their efficiently, price and most of all how it looks from the street. They are masters of their craft, take pride in their work and I would highly recommend them.

Erion and his crew came in the morning right on time however before they started on the roof I served them some espresso and cookies.

Erion and his team were very polite told me exactly what they will be doing and off they went. I contacted about 10 roofing companies but Erion ended up selling me based on his truthfulness and his character.

I can tell when I first saw and spoke to Erion he was a very honest and hard working man. When you meet honest people they end up doing excellent work.

Were some other cheaper companies I spoke to and price was o.k cheaper however along with a cheap price is a lot of cutting corners and sloppy work.

I am very glad I went with Erion and his team to do my roof. Some of the roofs I see on my street that were done are just horrible. The quality of the shingles and the quality of workmanship in this crew is who you want to do your roof.

Very efficient, polite team, pricing was reasonable after some researching, and it looks like they were never here! No clean up for me which is amazing, communication was good, and the roof looks great from street level and the photos they provided after the work was complete. Their references provided were good and my neighbour has used them for two homes. Very happy!! Thank you Erion and team. The pride in company is very present.

Erion and his team of professionals did a tremendous job in replacing our roof. From the removal to installation the entire process was done with care and attention to detail. At the end of the job, they left the entire property, including the neighbours, in the same clean condition as it was prior to the roof replacement. I am sure that most people look to roofing specialist at unexpected times when repairs are very time sensitive. My experience was no different. Universe Roofing Ltd was on site in a timely manner and stopped my failing roof from experiencing further damage due to very high winds. Universe Roofing Ltd also identified several other wind compromised areas on my roof and proceeded to fix them. This attention to the overall condition of my roof will undoubtedly save me time, stress and money. I got a couple of quotes to address a leak in my flat roof. Both companies told me I needed the shingles replaced too. Another company did an assessment then failed to follow through with a quote. Then Erion took a look and advised the shingles were fine and I could probably wait another 5-7 years before replacing them. I really appreciated his honesty and his price was very fair. He was exceptionally responsive and accommodating throughout the process and I would not hesitate to recommend him and his team and to call on him again for future projects.

Professional, knowledgeable and reliable. From second I met the owner, I knew he was fit for the task. As a contractor myself, I know my ins and outs around roofing, however not my expertise. As the inspection of my roof started, I observed his thoroughness and attention to minor details, and his recommendations were on point. From simple comments on drip edge state, ice and water shield replacement, attic venting upgrades and options, etc, made me more comfortable on making the decision. Of course, we all know where this is heading. Universe Roofing did end up getting the project and I couldn't be more pleased with outcome. I will mention there was a last minute change in type of shingles days before the replacement and owner was more than accommodating, no questions asked, nothing, even though he already had shingles on hand. The day of, they showed up before agreed time, moved any items (flower pots, hoses, waste/recycling bins) out of the way, protected driveway flooring where trailer and materials were parked/staged, placed tarps in the surroundings to avoid any damages from the removal debris. Replaced any damaged wood sections of the roof, installed new drip edges, ice and water shield 9' up the roof (rather than the minimum), replaced old vents, etc. By the end of the job, and clean up, all items put right back in their respective place, it was as if no one was even there.

Strongly recommended team, and will definately be my first and only choice on future roofs to come.

We used Universe Roofing after we had some wind damage to our roof and their service was outstanding. We have referred them to friends and family and they have all been very happy with their work. The owner takes pride in his work and is very thorough.

Erion gets my vote for the smartest roofer. My 40 sq. ft. flat verandah roof was leaking. Three other roofers assumed it was because the rubber membrane is getting old. Our highest quote was for $2,500. While the membrane will need to be replaced soon enough, the problem was with loose flashing nails that left a couple of gaps, and a couple of leaks. Erion climbed up, saw the real problem and fixed it with his caulking gun and some silicone in 5 minutes. He didn’t charge a thing, even after I tried to give him a small something for his help and his obvious expertise. Thank-you, Erion. I owe you one.
