From the first time I met Erion on site to discuss my project he was very professional, knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. The quote that he provided was fair, reasonable and inline with industry standards. I accepted his quote and Erion and his crew did a fantastic job. The crew were experienced, hard working and clean from start to finish. Our house has a two-level flat roof and shingles on the sloping parts. The whole roof was redone in 2015 but as the years went by the flat roof was leaking into the attic in a couple of places. Not much, but as time passed it got worse. The original roofing contractor had gone on to other things immediately after doing our roof in 2015, so we had to find someone else to fix it. Things came to a head in November 2022 when the leak suddenly became quite substantial.

We knew of Erion and Universe Roofing because they had done work near our office. We called him, and he came quickly to see how bad it was. When the rain had stopped the next day he and a helper came to apply something to block the leak. They identified an area where the flat roof changed levels that had been poorly done, and did immediate repairs, which helped a lot. However with every rain storm (and melting snow in December) we could see there was still a leak somewhere. Erion visited at least two more times to apply more patches (could not redo the whole roof due to frequent snow, wind and cold weather).

Of course the problem with a flat roof is the water can go sideways under the membrane a long way so finding a particular spot where it gets in is trial and error. So we readily agreed that the whole flat roof should be redone. When the weather finally co-operated in late February, a five-man crew put on a new flat roof membrane, and improved the scuppers drain the water onto the shingled roof sections.

I write this review two months later, at the end of a long rainy weekend, and the new roof is perfect. Many thanks to Erion and his crew for their attentiveness and the fine work they did to triage the problem and eventually solve it.

Responsiveness to text and phone calls is very high, he answers all questions, he brought us samples as requested, he seems passionate about his job and the end result is beautiful and effective. One of his notable qualities is before proceeding with an installation of something such as step flashing, he will ask if we like what we see before proceeding. This ensure we're fully satisfied. Identified a number of issues with the installation of our roof that were causing issues. The work was good quality and the cost reasonable. I would use them again.

Erion was super helpful finding the leak on our roof and solving the problem. He was prompt and very reasonable. I'd highly recommend him and will use Universe in the future.

Erion did my roof back in 2015. The job and workmanship was excellent. I was recently approached by my neighbor when they noticed water inside their attic. Since I live on the other side of the Semi, I thought I would give Erion a call. To my surprise, he actually remembers my place when he looked up my house.

He later showed up to do a thorough inspection on the roof (he even brought in some extra shingles incase repair was needed). Took a bunch of pics and found the issue only pertained to my neighbor's side. Since my neighbor used a different roofer when they did their side of the roof. He did not have the shingles to match. He came back with his team a day later and fixed the issue that was causing the leak.

Thorough the entire time, he kept me up to date, and the fact he showed up after 7 years really impressed me. I will definitely go back to Erion if I ever need jobs done on my roof and would not hesitate to recommend him to my family and friends.

Erjon did my roof over 6 years ago and did an incredible job. I had a racoon lift 2 shingles the other day and within a day Erjon came to fix it for me. He's an awesome guy. Erion provided me with a fair quote. Erion and his team did a fantastic job on our bungalow roof and we are very happy with the quality of work and how fast they were able to get everything done, especially given this is already late fall season- Nov 2022. Universe Roofing is really very professional team, they cover my driveway and around the house with tarps and after job was done they used leaf blower for clean up, picked up all debris and nails with floor magnetic sweeper.

Very happy with the outcome the roof was done by a "roof specialist" there is a reason the company calls themselves universe roofing. They have very effective technique and style with getting things done with an extra touch of class. Very meticulous work Erion was very excited to take pictures when the work was done. Erion visited the site and sent photos of the job. Then he prepared a very detailed quote. I had other roofers quote also but none gave me the detail that Erion did. We signed a contract by email. He started the job without a requesting a deposit. Upon completion, he sent photos of his work. We arranged to meet for payment. I am very glad that I met Erion as he was as nice in person as he had been on the phone. He was very professional businessman and thoroughly guaranteed his work. I highly recommend Erion and Universe Roofing.
