Their quote was very competitive and they met their estimated timelines for starting and completing the job. It was a big job, but it was done very quickly. The work crew was very courteous and took a lot of care to protect the landscaping as they worked. This is a very professional company that has excellent customer service at it's core.

A large stone century home with 3 layers of shingles and a significant leak.... The home was stripped, roof repaired and new asphalt shingles applied. This was done in 3 days! All the personnel were professional and efficient. The jobsite was left neat and tidy. The neighbours were impressed and have hired Trade-Rep for their homes.

We were in a pinch and Trade Rep came to our rescue on a DIY gone wrong! Friendly, professional service. Bill and LeeAnn were lovely to deal with and took a stressful situation completely off our hands! Would highly recommend them!

I had a very positive experience with TradeRep. Bill and Lee Ann are personable, completely professional people, and their product is solid. My many questions were always answered in good time and when asked her opinion, Lee Ann was very helpful in suggesting new shingle colour. As agreed, my old stucco house was reshingled in late October while I was away. I returned to find a super job had been done: The new shingles look great and absolutely no mess was left behind. I would recommend TradeRep to anyone.

My roof was damaged by a storm this spring. No roofers were responding and the one that did said they were 2 yrs behind due to the number of repairs needed in our area. Bill responded immediately and came out on his day off to do the estimate and get the drone aerial shots. Amazingly he had a crew on my roof within a month. After that kind of service I used them for the eaves replacement and again great timing. Cant thank Bill and Lee Ann enough. Kudos to them both for putting together such an honest, kind company ethos.
