And I absolutely need to make right whatever it is that made you need to give a 9. We strive to make each person happy, whatever their needs are. I figure there was disappointment that we had to delay your project by a month due to how incredibly busy we are. We are solid booked for months in advance, and for that, it has caused people to be a bit frustrated. I am terribly sorry for that. we want to get to everyone in a timely manner, but word of mouth and referrals have caused our business to grow! Having said this, I will take any time you need to correct whatever we can for you!
