I used Smile HVAC 2 times over the past few months (2 unrelated events) when our Furnace broke. The service rep / technician came on time and fixed the issue/problem.

I had a tankless water heater installed in November 2018, it was supposed to increase the efficiency from the old tank. It didn’t and after 6 months of cold water to was in and 2 visits from technicians that did nothing to improve it I finally got a visit from Loran, who looked at it flicked a switch and Voila, there was hot water.
